Digitad spearheaded a project for a B2B e-commerce company selling cleaning equipment. The company had been struggling with a low-performance website that was yielding minimal conversions and sales. Digitad was tasked with creating a new website from scratch and providing post-launch support. After an initial phone call with the client to understand their business, challenges, and relationship with their existing website contractor, Digitad spent a month on diagnosis before proposing a strategic plan for launching a new site. This plan also included SEO and SEM campaigns. The project, which started in March 2018 and concluded in July 2018, involved consistent interaction between the client and Digitad's team, which included a product designer and an SEO specialist. Digitad's efforts were rewarded with a €12,000 investment (approximately $14,000 USD) for the website creation and a monthly €800 (approximately $895 USD) for the SEO and SEM work. Digitad's work on the SEO and SEM campaigns started in October 2018.
