Diginnovators was hired by SmartKarrot Inc., an AI-based SaaS platform, to develop and maintain their website and blog, as well as assist with the design and development of marketing collateral. The team was responsible for designing a new website and executing the project end-to-end. They provided design and UI options, converted these into pages and forms, wrote code for PHP forms, and optimized for performance. Additionally, they helped design screens for the SaaS platform, improving them from both a UI and UX perspective. The team made numerous changes to the home page, updated the product preview design, integrated social media links on the website, edited the FAQ section, and made textual updates to the return and refund page. They also improved mobile responsiveness and integrated a return API.
