Highlights from Recent Projects
Digimid collaborated with a small consulting firm lacking a web presence to develop a WordPress website. The site, acting as a brochure for the firm's coaching services, was a key aspect of establishing the firm's brand. In addition to website development, Digimid also conducted a security assessment of the platform, making recommendations for improvements. The partnership, which started in February 2015, continues with Digimid providing ongoing maintenance and support. The firm's main point of contact is Ali, a Digital Marketing Specialist, and the project's total investment exceeded $25,000.
Partnering with LaunchToMarket, Inc., a technical and marketing consulting company, Digimid assisted with the development, maintenance, and SEO of an eCommerce website. The site was initially facing technical challenges following a switch to a new Magento platform and website template. Digimid stepped in to stabilize the code and platform. Subsequently, they focused on driving users and conversion through marketing strategies, digital design, and ongoing technical enhancements. The team, comprising a team lead, a digital marketing expert, a Magento expert, and an infrastructure specialist, played a fundamental role in the site's growth and success.
Digimid worked with Maker Town, the first mobile app in the nation that helps consumers discover local makers, their online stores, and their public events. Maker Town needed a more streamlined method for hundreds of makers to pay their booth fees on many different dates. Digimid's solution was a basic "shop" page featuring "products" for each market date that could be added to a cart for checkout. This ensured the payments were dumped right into Maker Town's existing Stripe account, simplifying accounting functions. The team from Digimid included the CEO, the Business Development & Strategic Partnership Specialist, the Digital Marketing/SEO and Lead Generation Manager, and the Senior Web Developer.
