Diatom Enterprises partnered with Ocean Reef Club, a private club community, to develop a comprehensive system for accounting, point of sale, inventory, procurement, and membership management. After replacing over 20 software systems with a single system, the company improved its IT service and accounting deliveries to its members. Diatom provided a dedicated team including a programming director, team leads, UI programmers, full-stack developers, and QA personnel. They also assisted in hiring and managing the club's programming employees.

In collaboration with Escher Group, a company providing software solutions for delivery services, Diatom Enterprises aided in software development, quality assurance, and technical solution architecture for several key client projects. The partnership aimed to support Escher's staff with additional expertise necessary to manage the inflow of work for both client projects and product development. Diatom's team, which comprised over 20 consultants including software developers, quality assurance engineers, solution architects, support engineers, and project managers, worked on multiple projects for configuring and customizing Escher's solutions across various platforms.

Diatom Enterprises was hired by an artificial intelligence tech company specializing in advertising services to enhance the user interfaces of their managed services. The project required a medium-sized team that could quickly pivot and manage sprints seamlessly. Upon receiving the project requirements, Diatom put together milestones and timelines, provided high-resolution design mockups, and built out the interface on schedule. The team from Diatom included a project manager, a designer, and four front-end engineers.
