DHx Software developed an improved Learning Management System (LMS) for a pediatric health organization. The goal was to create an interactive educational platform that was easier to manage than the previous system. The new LMS, built on the Amazon platform for ease of use, provides education on how to care for patients with congenital heart conditions. It offers interactive features, testing questions, and allows for troubleshooting, loading materials, and report creation. The platform also enables other institutions to create their own learning space and curriculum, partnering with the organization. The project, which started in April 2018, cost the organization approximately $200,000 and continues today with a $100,000 annual agreement.
DHx Software also developed a Learning Management System for Exchange Analytics, a compliance training firm. The company, which provides online training to the securities and derivatives industries, wanted to switch from its home-built system to a licensed one. DHx Software provided a solution that met their needs and has been reliable and secure, with only nine hours of downtime over several years. The system is constantly upgraded and has an offshore support technician for immediate assistance. The cost of the project, which began in July 2016, was around $250,000.
