DGTLization

DGTLization was hired by Xfuturum, a software development company, to optimize their business processes and improve their operational standards. They were specifically brought on board for three separate B2B projects in the Retail, Hospitality, and IoT sectors. For the first two projects, DGTLization's role was primarily to establish effective business procedures, provide training for the client-side team, and supervise the implementation of these new strategies. In the third project, they took on a more strategic role, formulating a business strategy focusing on resource management and business development. The CEO of DGTLization, Olga, personally oversaw this strategy's execution, working closely with Xfuturum throughout the process. The collaboration also involved two business analysts from DGTLization's team along with Anastasia, the UX lead and co-founder. Xfuturum chose to work with DGTLization based on a prior successful collaboration with Olga and the reputation of the company.
