DGTLization

DGTLization was hired by Xfuturum, a software development company, to help improve their business processes. Xfuturum realized that their focus on the technical side of things was hindering their growth, and they needed to streamline their processes to align with industry standards. DGTLization was chosen for the task due to the strong relationship between the CEOs of both companies. DGTLization worked on three B2B projects in the Retail, Hospitality, and IoT sectors. They set up business processes, trained the client-side team, and oversaw migrations for the first two projects. For the IoT project, they developed a business strategy in resource management and business development. The CEO of DGTLization, Olga, personally supported and oversaw the execution of this strategy. Communication was primarily through Olga and her team of two business analysts, with additional input from Anastasia, the UX lead and co-founder of DGTLization.
