Dgt27 was hired by Logitech, a company dedicated to designing hardware and software solutions that help businesses thrive. The main objective was to integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud with Logitech's existing systems in order to streamline donor management, grant processing, and document handling. The project involved a team of 2-5 employees from Dgt27 who worked on establishing real-time integration between Salesforce, Slate, and Titan. They also automated data transfers to eliminate manual processes and customized Salesforce objects, workflows, and dashboards. In addition, they migrated, cleansed, and validated donor and grant data and automated the setup of document templates across 51 daily time slots. The key deliverables included seamless integrations, automated workflows, and real-time reporting tools. The project was successful and met the client's objectives. Logitech selected Dgt27 for the project due to their competitive pricing, positive referral, and aligned company values.
