The founder of the brand sought assistance with the brand's launch and DFFRNTWRLD® stepped in to provide a full suite of branding and web development services. They began with a brand diagnostic to determine the brand's direction and to draw comparisons with other men's grooming companies. Following this, they developed a brand name, logo, and color schemes. The team also built an e-commerce website that includes retail knowledge, a blog with videos, and other buyer information. They further delved into product development by designing labels for the products. The engagement, which started in October 2017, is ongoing and has seen an investment of $10,000–$25,000. The client was introduced to DFFRNTWRLD® through a client who had previously used their services for a security business.
