DEXCON CONSULTORES

DEXCON CONSULTORES completed a branding and digital marketing project for Libar Bicicletas, a bicycle import and sales shop. The company was hired to create content for the client's social media channels and sales force, as well as provide consultations to improve their digital marketing strategy. DEXCON CONSULTORES revised the company's vision, values, and proposition, enabling a better approach towards clients. They also helped the client become more active on social media by publishing more content and developing new strategies to improve visibility. The project, which began in November 2021 and ended in April 2022, was partially sponsored by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce.

In another project, DEXCON CONSULTORES was hired by GRUPO VIDAWA, a software company focused on implementing integrated management systems in Colombian enterprises, to support the implementation of a business continuity management system (BCMS). The vendor ensured that the BCMS could integrate properly with the company's existing integrated management system (IMS) and suggested improvements to strengthen the system. The project was successful with only one consultant from DEXCON CONSULTORES working on it. The decision to hire DEXCON was influenced by the cost and the approach they proposed for the project.
