DevTalent was engaged by RFA Labs, a mortgage lender based in Toronto, Canada, to help overhaul their legacy infrastructure and undergo a cloud transformation. DevTalent sourced, screened, and arranged interviews with a number of candidates who had passed a certain level of technical ability and expertise. The DevTalent team, consisting of two individuals, also assisted with the interview process and facilitated the contracts of the chosen individuals. The project began in October 2020 and is ongoing. The client has invested around $40,000 so far, with a contractual extension bringing the total to around $70,000.
