The law firm was facing issues with their website's conversion methods which had broken down, affecting their business significantly. DevSquad was contracted to build a web application to track metrics and conversion methods. The team built a Laravel web application with a backend dashboard and a custom online portal. The system pulls data from Google Analytics and other platforms, presenting it in an easy-to-understand format. The law firm was able to identify trends and potential issues, thus enhancing their business operations. Additionally, DevSquad automated a previously manual PDF document compiler and editor, saving the firm significant time each week. The law firm invested between $50,000 and $200,000 in the project, which started in June 2017 and is ongoing.

DevSquad also worked with Swell CX, a software company that helps small businesses manage and improve their online reviews. Swell CX was facing scalability issues with their platform and needed to add features quickly. DevSquad rebuilt their platform from scratch using PHP on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend. A significant feature added was a self-onboarding and registration platform that allows new customers to register and start their subscription independently.
