DevSquad collaborated with Siegfried & Jensen, a personal injury law firm, to build a web application that tracks metrics and conversion methods. The firm faced the challenge of a broken conversion method on their website that went unnoticed for about 70 days, significantly affecting their business. DevSquad built a Laravel web app with a backend dashboard and a custom online login portal. The system pulls data from Google Analytics and other platforms, displaying it in bar graphs and number counts. The app also compares different time lengths to help identify trends and potential issues. The firm later hired DevSquad to develop more software to aid their day-to-day practices, including a PDF document compiler and editor that automated a previously manual process. The firm invested between $50,000 and $200,000 in these projects.

In another project, DevSquad worked with Swell CX, a software company that helps small businesses manage and improve their online reviews and customer feedback. Swell CX was facing scalability problems with their platform and needed the ability to add features quickly. DevSquad rebuilt the platform from the ground up, using PHP on the backend and JavaScript for the frontend. One of the significant features they built was a self-onboarding and registration platform that allows new customers to register and start their subscription autonomously. The company invested around $100,000 in the project.
