Devopsity

Devopsity was hired by a software company specializing in hotel IT infrastructure. The project involved a variety of tasks including CI/CD, performance and scaling, monitoring, security enhancements, and infra audits and improvements. Devopsity was chosen based on their experience, flexibility, and quick communication policy. The project started with an audit of areas needing attention, which were then ranked based on impact and effort required. This allowed for efficient task scheduling. Communication was streamlined by incorporating Devopsity members into the client's project management software, eliminating the need for external platforms. Three members of the Devopsity team were involved in the project, including a Devops manager, Devops IC, and a project admin.

For an annotation platform for AI, Devopsity was hired to support a complex domain migration and monitor their AWS infrastructure. The vendor was selected due to a recommendation and their ability to adapt to the client's needs. The project involved a complex domain migration considering on-Premises deployments and the implementation of a monitoring system using Amazon CloudWatch. The CTO of Devopsity was the main contact, but other DevOps specialists were also involved depending on the task. The team was praised for their punctuality, flexibility, professionalism, and delivery as estimated.

Another project involved a SaaS company that needed to set up part of their infrastructure on Azure. Devopsity was chosen for their competence and quick communication during the selection process. The project was scoped out internally, followed by a kickoff with Devopsity. The tasks were carried out with regular communication and then handed over to the client. The vendor's team included two consultants and their co-founder. The client appreciated Devopsity's competence and efficient communication.
