DevLancer was hired by BBD, a marketing company, to develop a mobile application from scratch. BBD's co-founder chose DevLancer after considering several online HR consulting firms based on their service, product, and customer feedback. DevLancer's team began by designing the UX/UI of the app and outlining the requirements for each module. They added several modules including ones for design, account, and home and game screens. After finalizing the design and modules, DevLancer created the backend and linked a database to the app. The client had direct interaction with an account manager while four developers worked behind the scenes to set up the software. The result was a comprehensive cross-platform app developed to the satisfaction of the client, demonstrating DevLancer's proficiency in mobile app development.
