Deview

Collaborating with StorePilotAI, an AI agent for Shopify, Deview executed on enhancing the agent's analytics and AI capabilities for an improved merchant experience. The goal was to optimize StorePilot's accuracy in detecting customer drop-off points across numerous platforms, resulting in more targeted, store-specific recommendations. Improvements were also made to A/B testing methods to deliver efficient and reliable results. The crux of the project was to provide merchants with clearer, actionable insights without the need for an analyst.

The changes brought by Deview were impactful for StorePilotAI. The software was already functional, but Deview’s intervention helped elevate its performance to align with Built for Shopify standards. The measures undertaken enhanced the speed, usability and overall quality of the product. Furthermore, Deview developed more precise metrics to detect conversion drop-offs, reducing false positives and ensuring more accurate leak detection.

From the product vision to client relationships, StorePilotAI retained full ownership throughout the partnership while Deview acted as an extended team, bringing forth their specialized AI and analytics knowledge. The value-added through this collaboration contributed to StorePilotAI becoming more accurate, effective and valuable to its merchant users. Deview’s involvement was seen as a strong cultural fit and an economically beneficial approach to bolstering StorePilotAI’s AI capabilities.
