Developtica

Developtica was hired by a digital coaching company to further develop their platform, which was designed for professional coaches to train enterprise-level company employees. The project aimed to include internal coaches and create a dashboard for HR professionals to oversee the program. The goal was to develop a robust and secure panel that could cater to enterprise-level clients, integrate it with front-end, and have user-friendly reporting capabilities. The team from Developtica consisted of a senior developer, a junior developer, and the company founder who served as an interim CTO. The project resulted in a panel/dashboard that could match, manage, and amplify the coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs. This included reporting, content management, user management, and integration with the user platform. The unique aspect of this project was that it maintained the confidentiality between the coach and the coachee by compartmentalizing data and converting it to statistical data to uphold user privacy and the ethical code of coaching. The client had previously worked with the Developtica team on a different project and was satisfied with their services, which led to their collaboration on this project.
