Developtica

Developtica was contracted by a digital coaching company to develop and integrate a panel for a leadership training platform. The company, co-founded by the client, required further functionalities for their platform which was designed for professional coaches to train enterprise-level employees. The goal was to create a dashboard for HR professionals to oversee the program and to develop a panel robust and secure enough for enterprise-level clients. The panel was also required to integrate with the user platform and have reporting capabilities. Developtica was selected for this project due to the client's satisfaction with their previous collaboration. The team composed of a senior developer, a junior developer, and the company's founder serving as interim CTO.

The project involved the creation of a panel/dashboard to match, manage, and amplify the coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs offered by the client's company. The panel included features for reporting, content management, user management, and integration with the user platform. A unique aspect of the project was the confidential nature of coaching. To maintain user privacy and adhere to the ethical code of coaching, data was compartmentalized and converted to statistical data. The client expressed satisfaction with the final product, praising the team's ability to meet their specific requirements and deliver a product that was both user-friendly and fast.
