Highlights from Recent Projects
The Development Factory worked with Integral Healthcare Solutions to develop two pieces of software to simplify the accreditation process for healthcare organizations. The Goldfinch Accreditation Management System, an online project management platform, allowed secure communications and document exchange between consultants and clients. The second software, AccrediTrain, is a self-service training program that is fully automated. The CEO of Integral Healthcare Solutions praised The Development Factory for their ability to understand and implement complex requirements. The project has been ongoing since July 2012 and has cost around $200,000.
In collaboration with Get Help®, The Development Factory developed an online platform for finding addiction and mental health treatment resources. They provided product management, development, and strategic consultation, and also took care of logo design. The platform, which was built using Amazon Web Services, features an API, a database, an administration tool, and an interface for facilities to update their data. The collaboration started in February 2016 and is still ongoing, with an investment of around $300,000.
The Development Factory provided a software refresh for a healthcare software company that lacked in-house resources. They focused mainly on the frontend and parts of the backend, supplemented by the client's in-house database team. The result was a platform that interfaces with electronic health records and drug wholesalers, acting as an accounting tool for drug inventory. The platform has been praised for its accuracy and immediate return on investment. The collaboration began in April 2017 and is still ongoing.
