Highlights from Recent Projects
The Development Factory, an LA-based software agency, worked with Integral Healthcare Solutions to develop two crucial pieces of software - The Goldfinch Accreditation Management System and AccrediTrain. The Goldfinch system streamlined the complex healthcare accreditation process, allowing secure document exchange, feedback, and progress tracking. AccrediTrain, an automated training program, minimized the need for staff involvement and increased efficiency. The work started in July 2012, with an investment of around $200,000, and the CEO and CTO of The Development Factory played key roles in this ongoing project.
For Get Help®, an addiction and mental health treatment platform, The Development Factory provided product management, development, and strategic consultation services. They evaluated existing wireframes, fixed issues, and developed new ones. They also handled logo design and other design work, as well as developed a platform with features like an API, database, and an administration tool. The project, which started in February 2016, has seen an investment of around $300,000 and is ongoing.
The Development Factory also collaborated with a healthcare software company to refresh a software platform for pharmaceutical inventory management. They focused on the frontend and parts of the backend, interacting with prospective and existing customers for market understanding. The platform, which interfaces with electronic health records and drug wholesalers, tracks medication usage and provides accurate inventory data, helping hospitals avoid overstocking. The company started working with The Development Factory in April 2017 with ongoing development support.
