Detour UX was hired by a medical foundation for UX/UI design and content migration. The project aimed to revamp the foundation's website which was previously on an outdated platform, and was not performing optimally. Detour UX helped to create user journeys, personas, wireframes and information architecture for the new site. The team was also instrumental in understanding the scope of the best practices project and ensured that the foundation's team was brought up to speed with their work. Despite the foundation’s team being less digitally savvy, Detour UX managed to make sure their suggestions were understood and implemented effectively. The project was carried out between November 2017 and May 2018, with a total investment of $5,000–$10,000. The client appreciated Detour UX's expertise and smooth collaboration between their teams.
