Detect, a technology services company, was brought on board to assist ShareVault, a secure cloud-based virtual data room platform, that aids in sharing sensitive documents during transactions such as M&A, fundraising, and licensing. ShareVault’s need was for 24/7 system monitoring of its servers, cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications. This service would include incident detection and responses for outages, performance issues and security alerts.

Utilizing a team of 2-5 staff members, Detect successfully provided 24/7 system monitoring, simultaneously managing, investigating and triaging alerts where necessary. They ensured the ongoing reliability of the systems by minimizing downtime. They also provided ShareVault with basic troubleshooting services, resolving common issues and if required, forwarding them to engineering teams. Detect's responsibilities didn't stop there, they also monitored capacity and performance, ensuring optimized workload, usage and scaling needs.

Detect was discovered by ShareVault through an online search and was chosen based on various aspects such as budget accommodations, effective company culture match, and value for cost. Equally, the alignment of Detect's company values with those of ShareVault’s played roles in the selection. The engagement with Detect began in February 2023 and is still ongoing at present due to their consistent satisfactory deliverables. ShareVault has invested a confidential amount into this engagement.
