DesignDATA was hired by INFORMS, an international association for professionals in various fields, to consolidate and migrate their internally hosted infrastructure to M365 and the Azure cloud. The project also included modernizing and stabilizing the office network and security. DesignDATA successfully moved the infrastructure to the Microsoft cloud, retired over 30 virtual servers, and installed new firewall, switches, and wifi access points. They also upgraded over half of the desktop workstations to modern laptops. The project was carried out by a Program Manager, Technical Account Manager, and a Support Technician, along with a full helpdesk team.

A non-profit organization supporting military and veteran families hired designDATA for a full service IT solution, including hardware-as-a-service, support, training, security, and network. The vendor was selected for their experience, customer support, and engagement. The project was successfully carried out by a client technology manager, technical account manager, project manager, and several VPs.

AREMA, an association for the railway industry, hired designDATA to move their systems and data from on-premise servers to the cloud. The project included moving to a new ISP, upgrading Office 365 licensing, implementing Microsoft Teams, and migrating the domain into Microsoft Azure. The project, which cost between $200,000 and $250,000, was carried out by around eight different people from designDATA, mainly technical account managers. The engagement resulted in a beneficial relationship and improved health of AREMA's IT infrastructure.
