Highlights from Recent Projects
The Design Department was contracted by Go-Ahead Ireland to develop a logo for their climate change communications and expand their brand's colour palette. The project was overseen by Fiona from The Design Department, who worked closely with the internal communications executive of Go-Ahead Ireland. The process involved the client providing initial sketches and background information, which Fiona used to create a draft logo and colour palette. These were then refined and finalised to the client's satisfaction, effectively achieving the project's goals.
In another project, The Design Department was hired by Ireland's leading shipping company to design a user-friendly terminal map for their container base at Dublin Port. The goal was to enhance safety on the terminal. Fiona O’Farrell Creative was selected for this project based on a recommendation. The safety officer of the shipping company provided Fiona with a brief and several existing maps, from which she produced various options for the new map. These options were then approved by the general manager, resulting in a successful completion of the project.
