Denken Design Studio

Denken Design Studio was hired by AssistMe, a conversational commerce solution company, for research and user interface design. The project, led by a Product Designer and Design Director from Denken, consisted of four main stages: discovery, definition, design, and delivery. During the discovery phase, they conducted user research and workshops with stakeholders and end users to scope the product vision. In the definition stage, they created a design roadmap, set design principles and direction, and developed an information architecture. The design phase involved creating prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups, usability testing, and benchmarking best practices. Finally, they delivered benchmarked and tested designs, visual design, and provided guidelines for delivery support. The vendor was selected based on several recommendations.
