Denken Design Studio

Denken Design Studio was hired by AssistMe, a conversational commerce solution company, to conduct research and user interface design. The founder and CEO of AssistMe selected Denken Design Studio based on several recommendations. The project was divided into four stages: Discovery, Define, Design, and Deliver. During the Discovery stage, Denken Design Studio conducted user research, organized a workshop with stakeholders and end-users, and scoped the product vision. In the Define stage, a design roadmap was created, design principles and direction were established, and the information architecture was developed. In the Design stage, prototypes were made, low and high fidelity mockups were developed, usability testing was conducted, and benchmarking and best practices were established. The final stage, Deliver, involved benchmarked and tested designs, visual design, guidelines, and delivery support. Two resources from Denken Design Studio, a Product Designer and a Design Director, worked on this project.
