Dengun was contracted by Vote In Or Out, a social media platform for politics, to design and develop a user-friendly platform for voters to access information about political candidates. The challenge was to create a solution that would provide easy access to candidates' views which were previously time-consuming to find. Dengun was given a detailed design of the platform and was responsible for the engineering and creation of its desktop and mobile versions. They developed and launched the MVP using Flutter, and have been progressively adding features to improve it over time. Initially, the team comprised one product manager, one tech lead, 2–3 backend engineers, and 2–3 frontend engineers, which was later reduced to two backend engineers, one frontend engineer, and one project manager. The project, which started in October 2019, is still ongoing and has cost approximately $70,000 so far.
