DemandZEN was hired by a publicly traded technology company to bolster their sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. The goal was to secure 60 meetings with potential customers who demonstrated a need for the company's solutions. DemandZEN was chosen based on their capabilities, their online rankings and positive references, and the fact that their team was U.S./Canada based. The project involved DemandZEN arranging 60 meetings with high-level executives from qualified retailers. As part of the service package, DemandZEN trained their team on three different high-tech solutions that the client sells, reported progress on a weekly basis, and shared detailed notes with the client's sales team before each meeting. Feedback was facilitated through a Customer Success Director who met with the client weekly to discuss progress metrics and any objections received. The client appreciated DemandZEN’s positive and driven team, highlighting their flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
