Delve was contracted by a vessel autonomy and perception startup to modernize the UI/UX of their key product. The team at Delve was selected based on their vision, past reviews, and cost-effectiveness. They began with a rapid discovery process of research and planning, which was followed by UX concepting and concept design and delivery. The project, though initially larger than the client's budget, was successfully adapted by Delve to align with the available resources. The client reported satisfaction with the team's adaptability and their assistance in optimizing the engagement. Four members from Delve were involved in the project, including the Chief of Strategy, Chief of Design, Design Director, and a UI Designer.

For the social media automation app, Trender.ai, Delve was hired to design a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing UX/UI. The team at Delve was chosen for their experience with direct-to-consumer companies and their willingness to negotiate on price. They began by discussing the brand, audience, and goals of the app, then used existing UX workflows and product UI comps to iterate on designs and options. Delve's team then created high-resolution comps which were used to build the product in-house. They also assisted in designing the website and worked collaboratively on copy and content. The client was pleased with Delve's ability to translate their vision into a tangible product.

Delve was also hired by Erewhon, an organic grocery store and café, to design a new mobile app for their membership program. The scope of the project involved app design and UX/UI, with Delve conducting research and defining user personas. They designed the entire aesthetic of the app and proposed ways to promote products and make announcements. The final mobile app design was then implemented by Erewhon's in-house team. The client appreciated Delve's unique design approach and their ability to deliver a final product that met their needs. The project involved four teammates from Delve, including two designers and the co-founders.
