The founder and CEO of Betterfly hired Deligence to develop an AI voice agent to qualify leads for the insurance side of their business. Deligence delivered on this by creating a voice agent that screens new leads, determines their suitability, and forwards the promising ones to the company's CRM. In addition, they integrated the AI voice agent with the company's systems and provided a mechanism to track the success of the calls.

For Nestimate, a software analytics platform focusing on retirement income solutions, Deligence Technologies Inc. was hired to improve the company's visibility on ChatGPT and Google. The founder and CEO of Nestimate wanted to attract more retirement advisors and plan sponsors to their platform. Deligence addressed this by optimizing the company's SEO and ChatGPT presence. They edited the site content, created new pages, refined how AI perceives the company, and targeted specific keywords. They also provided monthly reports to track progress.
