Delegator

Delegator was hired by Kraemer Design + Production to revamp their website and improve its performance and design. The project involved changing the web host, design, and information architecture of the entire site and integrating it with Kraemer's CRM. Delegator created a roadmap for each step of the redesign and migration process, applied industry-standard best practices to the design and structure of the website, and hosted the new site using HubSpot's content management system. The project was completed by three team members from Delegator and one from PlayCore, who ensured brand compliance.

PriceWaiter Market engaged Delegator to maintain a 15 ROAS for their campaigns and to help advertise their frequently changing deals. Delegator developed a plan for Google Shopping and optimized PriceWaiter's feed delivery. They created product groups for individual products to promote those with deep discounts, developed a plan to maximize ROAS, and tailored their strategy towards products with the highest profitability. The project was handled by two team members from Delegator, primarily a Senior Optimizer specializing in Google Shopping.

Veritas Forum, a nonprofit with a growing YouTube channel, hired Delegator to increase their channel's views and overall audience through YouTube ads. Delegator managed YouTube ad campaigns to promote the content on Veritas Forum's channel and earn subscribers. They also managed campaigns on Facebook & Instagram to promote Veritas Forum's podcast and drive visitors to their website during their brand re-launch. The project was handled by Alexis, the main point of contact, and several specialists who optimized the ads on the backend depending on the platform.
