Definity First

Definity First was hired by an industrial machinery manufacturing company for staff augmentation. The company was lacking resources specializing in SharePoint and Outlook. Definity First was introduced as part of the company's Microsoft 365 migration and has since been providing tier-two and three support. Three developers from Definity First, specialized in Exchange, Outlook, and SharePoint development, have been working with the company. The relationship with Definity First has been ongoing since August 2012, costing the company around $200,000 a year.

A creative consultancy hired Definity First for email marketing. Definity First came as a referral from a senior team member and has been working with the consultancy for over three years. The project kicked off with a meeting between the project manager and developer from Definity First, outlining the work and the product being used by the client, HubSpot. As per additional requirements from the client, Pardot and SFMC were added to the technologies that Definity First works with.

Definity First was employed by an electoral communication software company for the upgrade of their mobile canvassing tools. The company, having had a long history with Definity First, aimed at adding new features and optimizing performance. The project revolved around resolving a data capacity issue and adding significant functionality that required major changes to the app infrastructure. Two app developers from Definity First worked on the project, demonstrating established trust, accessibility, and product knowledge.
