DECODE

DECODE partnered with Klimaoprema d.d., a leading Croatian manufacturer of cleanroom systems, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, to develop a mobile application named KOER. The app was designed to monitor all connected HVAC devices in one place. DECODE provided a team consisting of a UI/UX designer, a Flutter developer, and a Quality Assurance specialist. The team created a user flow, a prototype, and then an MVP for the app. Following rigorous testing, the app was launched and maintained by Klimaoprema's in-house team. The project was successful and the app was delivered bug-free.

In another project, DECODE collaborated with a Florida-based digital products agency to develop a Luxury Travel Application for iOS. The application was designed to simplify the travel planning process by providing necessary information, automatic updates on Covid restrictions, and personalized travel recommendations. DECODE provided a team of React Native developers, who integrated with the client's in-house team. The app included integration with Timatic for Covid updates, Firebase Analytics, Braze, and Branch for user behavior insights, and Stripe for secure booking and payment. The project was successful and the client was satisfied with the modern, user-friendly app.

For Pinecone, a software company providing digital solutions for the Hospitality and Industrial laundry industries, DECODE developed an iOS app to enhance hospitality services for hotel and resort guests. The app, designed to function as a virtual receptionist, allowed guests to reserve services and plan activities from their hotel rooms. The app was also designed to be white label, to serve clients at any location. DECODE used Swift, RxSwift, Realm, and SnapKit to develop the app and also provided UX/UI design. The app was a counterpart to an existing Android version and was successfully implemented with features like an information center, currency conversion, meal ordering, and trip scheduling.
