Decerto

Decerto was hired by an insurance company to migrate insurance products, business processes, and legacy data following an acquisition. The complex project necessitated the repair of low-quality legacy data, the creation of a custom data migration tool, and meticulous analysis of both legacy and target business processes. A team of ten, including senior and junior project managers, analysts, tech-leads, and developers, worked in collaboration with the client's internal development team. The project was successful, with data successfully migrated and the balance sheet of financial transactions kept in line.

For a project with another insurance company, Decerto was tasked with developing an online application for selling insurance packages. The application needed to align with the latest UX trends and streamline and digitize service processes. After designing functional screens and receiving approval, the team initiated the process and integration analysis phases. The agile project involved fortnightly sprints, tests, and acceptances and was conducted entirely remotely. Over ten people, including a project manager, technology leader, administrator, and tester, were part of the main team.

In a project with MediaMarkt, one of Poland's top electronics retailers, Decerto was tasked with developing technical solutions for consumer finance process aggregation and creating an all-in-one solution for services and warranties. The project involved developing an application from scratch to the final solution. Decerto's approach and delivery were appreciated by the client.
