DBot was hired by DD Bricks, a company that creates custom-built gift sets and educational models using LEGO® bricks, to develop, maintain, and improve their internal ERP system. The goal was to utilize AI to gain a competitive edge, including building MVPs faster. DBot built a fully custom ERP system from the ground up to support DD Bricks' unique business model. The system manages their entire operation, from purchasing and inventory to order fulfillment and shipping, for over 40,000 unique lots of LEGO® parts in their warehouse. It’s integrated with online marketplaces, such as BrickLink, BrickOwl, and eBay, allowing them to sync listings, track sales, and manage stock in real-time. DBot was selected for their good value for cost and came highly recommended. The team consisted of 6-10 employees. The results were a custom-built ERP tailored to their LEGO® parts business, real-time marketplace integrations for multi-channel sales, advanced inventory and warehouse management tools, and ongoing development and feature enhancements to support scaling.
