Daylight was contracted by Carbon Solutions Group, an environmental commodities company, to develop a customer-facing web portal and backend software. The project, which ran from February 2018 to January 2019, was divided into several phases. After gaining understanding of the client's business and collecting necessary customer information, Daylight began developing the application using Bootstrap. It took six months to complete the initial product, upon which the team then moved on to oversee document collection in accordance with various regulations. Recently, the focus has been on updates to ensure smooth and efficient operation. The client invested just over $200,000 in the project. Ultimately, Carbon Solutions Group chose to collaborate with Daylight due to their local presence and suitability for the project, after screening proposals from several other companies.
