Daylight was contracted by Carbon Solutions Group, an environmental commodities company, to develop a customer-facing web portal and backend software. The project was divided into several phases, beginning with an understanding of the company's operations and customer information collection, followed by the creation of an initial timeline for the application. The development process, which was done using Bootstrap, took six months, and upon release, Daylight undertook document collection in line with various regulations. They are currently working on an update to ensure the software runs smoothly and efficiently. The team from Daylight comprised of two developers, a designer, and a project manager. The decision to work with Daylight was influenced by the desire to work with a local team and their fit for the project. The engagement, which ran from February 2018 to January 2019, saw an investment of slightly over $200,000.
