DataXDev was hired by a software consulting company to develop a custom software medical application. The team at DataXDev took complete control of the development process and delivered a final product that required only a few iterations. The project began in July 2019 and while the app was launched that same month, the partnership continues with additional development tasks. The client communicated with one team member who coordinated the work on the development's side.
DataXDev was tasked with developing a website and mobile application for BS Group, a sports tech company. The team created the backend, management system, and web application, and are currently developing a native Android and iOS application. The engagement, which began in September 2017, involved three to four team members, including a full-stack developer, an iOS developer, and an Android developer. The project, which has cost approximately $250,000, is ongoing.
DataXDev partnered with a medical development company to assist with software development. The team developed a tip location system for Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) lines from scratch. The software, compatible with Android and Windows, graphically displays whether a catheter is in the right location without using x-rays. The project, which ran from June 2013 to August 2016, involved the owner of the company and several developers. The system was designed to reduce strain for doctors.
