Datarabbit was hired by Carta Healthcare, an AI-enabled medical abstraction services company, to evaluate their current AI approach and architecture. The project involved a detailed analysis of the client's systems, identifying shortcomings in the architecture, processes, and implementation. Datarabbit provided guidelines and recommendations for mitigating identified issues and for future development, especially in the area of new NLP technologies. The project was beneficial for the client and resulted in a detailed technical analysis and recommendations document and a plan for further work based on the analysis results.

The company also worked with a SaaS provider, offering a software solution for church member messaging. Datarabbit was tasked with AWS infrastructure support and improvement, and data reporting. They successfully created and maintained AWS Production, Stage, Dev, and Sandbox environments using Terraform. They also developed an ETL process that moved over 20 million rows of data from multiple PostgreSQL databases into a RedShift database and provided a Data Visualization tool. The client was satisfied with the deliverables, which included an initial set of dashboards and reports.

Datarabbit provided AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support for Navv Systems, a healthcare technology company. The project involved reviewing the current infrastructure, re-architecting it, and building high-quality, modular Terraform-based infrastructure code. They also migrated containerized applications to Kubernetes and addressed identified issues to adhere to cloud best practices and the well-architected framework. The project is ongoing, and the client has expressed satisfaction with the work done so far, especially with regard to the further security hardening due to the client's business domain.
