Datahub Analytics was contracted by the International Airport Group to design and implement a BI analytics DWH infrastructure to measure the airport's operational KPI and performance. The project aimed to reduce the time needed to report airport operational KPIs, ensuring data collection from over 12 systems and providing near real-time operational KPI measurement and visualization. Datahub Analytics was selected for their hands-on experience in implementing data warehouse technologies, their extensive experience in BI Consulting, their ability to understand industry-specific markets and customers, and their expertise in designing and implementing tailored solutions. The project involved building a Microsoft SQL DWH, creating over 20 ETL jobs, and developing more than 30 power BI dashboards covering over 200 KPI. The team consisted of a project manager, two data architects, a business analyst, and two data visualization experts.
