Data Crafters

Data Crafters was engaged by a trusted professional business services company, FAC, to establish a foundation for a scalable enterprise data platform that would support future growth and innovation. The Director of Technology of FAC discovered Data Crafters at a convention and chose them for their cultural fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. The project aimed to align near-term delivery with long-term architectural goals through a phased roadmap, engineering standards, governance practices, and cross-functional team collaboration.

The dedicated team of 2-5 employees from Data Crafters executed their task exceptionally well. The pivotal deliverables included the establishment of scalable architecture, the introduction of engineering standards, and improvement of platform governance.
