Daito Design

Daito Design was hired by a custom design and development agency to assist with user research and UX design. The company worked on two projects, both focused on understanding user interactions with websites and improving UX design. The first project was for an insurance client who wanted to diversify their customer base and better understand their needs. Daito Design conducted research and created a new architecture framework for the client's public-facing website. The second project was for a mortgage client, where Daito Design helped to understand customer pain points and needs to enhance the UI design for their mobile platform. The projects took place between October 2018 and November 2019 and cost around $100,000.

Daito Design was contracted by a software company specializing in data visualization in oil and gas to redesign their website and improve the user experience of their software. The company conducted interviews with the current user base, evaluated the application and customer experience through the website, and came up with design recommendations, mockups, visuals, and optimized user flows. They also supported the implementation of the coding technology and validated the usability of what was implemented. The project started in February 2017 and is ongoing, with the first phase costing about $300,000 and the other work about $200,000.

EOG, an energy company based in Houston, Texas, hired Daito Design to provide design talent for all in-house app projects. The company placed a group of talented designers both on and off-site to work on multiple projects. The collaboration between the internal design team and Daito Design resulted in great results for projects ranging from desktop to mobile. The team from Daito Design consisted of up to five senior and junior designers.
