CyStack was contracted by FireApps, a customer support management company, to address a vulnerability in one of their applications. After an unsuccessful internal investigation that lasted 3-4 months, FireApps sought out CyStack's expertise in security auditing. A team of five from CyStack was given the systems’ credentials and they were able to identify several bugs and vulnerabilities in the app. In addition to this, they provided detailed reports with screenshots and descriptions of how to reproduce the issues. The project spanned from December 2020 to January 2021 and cost a little over $10,000.
