Cyrex Enterprise successfully completed a project for Mobietrain, a SaaS company specializing in mobile micro-learning solutions for the retail sector. As the chosen vendor from a competitive tender process, Cyrex was tasked with delivering and maintaining a custom web application, as well as sourcing the right resources to work on the project. This included the transfer of these resources to Mobietrain's local branch. The project required end-to-end development of the application, including frontend, backend, and API development. In addition, Cyrex provided project management services following the SCRUM methodology, and handled the setup and maintenance of infrastructure and DevOps. The team consisted of a project manager/SCRUM master, three frontend developers, three backend developers, and a recruitment specialist. The project was a success and continues to be developed by Cyrex.
