Cycloides

Cycloides was contracted by a Canadian real estate services platform to develop their website from scratch. The platform, which serves real estate agents, buyers, renters, and investors, was created using AngularJS and runs on a Python backend and PostgreSQL database. Cycloides not only designed and architected the entire system but also set up the server and infrastructure on Amazon. They integrated several services including PayPal, Stripe, Google Maps, and Geolocation APIs. The most significant part of the project was the integration of the clear data distribution service from the Real Estate Association of Canada, which took 1 1/2-2 months. The client invested around $77,650 USD in the project, which began in February 2017 and is still ongoing.

Zenoxila Technology Solutions Inc., a company that provides software services for startups and enterprise-level companies, hired Cycloides for application development and sustenance services across multiple projects. The goals were to digitize three projects and rewrite a legacy system to increase speed and scalability. Cycloides completed five projects, building out apps and rewriting the system. They worked in two-week sprints, providing demos after each sprint to keep the business and development teams in sync. The team scaled up from three members to about 25 resources during peak development.

BOLO Mobile, a photo-sharing application and communication service exclusively for law enforcement, partnered with Cycloides to develop and maintain their app. The team at Cycloides took the rough mockup of the app provided by the client and developed it from scratch. They created a native iOS, Android, and web-based app, as well as an open API for easy system integration in the future. Cycloides is currently providing app support and maintenance. The client has invested around $50,000–$75,000 in the project, which began in April 2015 and is still ongoing.
