Cycloides

Cycloides was hired by BOLO Mobile, a photo-sharing application and communication service for law enforcement, to develop and maintain their app. The developers at Cycloides used an online wireframe creation tool to construct a rough mockup of the envisioned app. They then built more elaborate wireframes and developed the software from scratch, resulting in a native iOS, Android, and web-based app with an open API for easy integration. The engagement, which began in April 2015, is ongoing with Cycloides continuing to provide app support and maintenance.

Cycloides collaborated with Zenoxila Technology Solutions Inc., a company providing software services for startups and enterprise-level companies, on several tech consulting projects. They were hired for application development and sustenance services across multiple projects. The team at Cycloides successfully digitized three projects and rewrote Zenoxila's legacy system to increase its speed and scalability. The team composition scaled from three members to 25 at peak development, with project managers based in Toronto communicating with the development team in India.

A Canadian real estate service platform hired Cycloides to develop their platform from scratch. They developed a web-based version on an AngularJS platform, which runs on a Python backend and PostgreSQL database. The system was designed and architected in a way that allowed the client to see one version, approve it through the quality process, and then it was pushed online to the server. The team also set up the server and infrastructure on Amazon, integrated PayPal and Stripe, and created an integration API with the Real Estate Association of Canada's clear data distribution service. The engagement began in February 2017 and is ongoing.
