Cycling Bear Studio

Cycling Bear Studio was hired by a mobile gaming company to develop a hyper-casual mobile game. The game, a simulation of preparing various dishes in a kitchen, required complex material physics but was successfully developed to run smoothly on Android devices. The project was completed by a team of four, including two Unity developers, a 3D artist, and a manager. The client expressed satisfaction with the project, noting that the game looked great and worked perfectly.

In another project, Cycling Bear Studio was contracted by a sports meetup platform to improve their application's speed optimization, data collection strategies, and backend development. Over a period of several months, the team tested the app for hot spots, fixed the backend for better account collection, notifications, and message sending, and simplified the previously complicated backend system. The client reported an improved understanding of consumer behavior and ease of use in both the admin and consumer sections of the app.

Lastly, Cycling Bear Studio provided UI/UX design, development services, and consulting for a game app. After reviewing the existing UX/UI, they estimated a timeline and budget, then proceeded to help with several small tasks within the game development project. The client, who expressed satisfaction with the delivered solutions, continues to work with Cycling Bear Studio. The team composition included the owner and co-owner of Cycling Bear Studio, a client liaison, and a backend service manager.
