Cybergizer partnered with The Roach Group, a company specializing in proprietary hardware and software solutions for heavy industries. The Roach Group sought a fully outsourced development team to create a Ruby on Rails application with productivity tools for the construction industry. Cybergizer's team of 6-10 employees delivered a working logistics productivity system prototype, including a mobile app. The deployment of this system resulted in a 53% improvement in crane productivity after six weeks, which significantly contributed to the growth of The Roach Group. The team also crafted the first version of the company's development handbook, demonstrating their commitment to exceeding the standard technical scope.

In a collaboration with Talentako, a B2B SaaS company, Cybergizer designed and developed an AI web application for service industry employees. The project involved UI/UX design, DevOps, front and backend development, and utilized Figma, Ruby on Rails, and AWS. The team transitioned from a Waterfall model to an Agile method during the project. The app, which uses an AI model to identify and categorize users' resumes through a tokenization system, was completed between September 2018 and June 2020. The successful partnership resulted in a $75,000 investment from Talentako.

Cybergizer was hired by Fisikal Limited, a software and app development company for the fitness industry, for the development of new features and system maintenance and enhancement. The scope of work involved working on new features for the company's software platform and updating and refactoring code where necessary. The team of 2-5 employees from Cybergizer successfully delivered on the project's objectives, affirming the company's reputation for quality and reliability in software development.
