CyberDuo

CyberDuo was tasked with the role of enhancing the cybersecurity defenses of an entertainment lighting manufacturer after they experienced a security breach. The project, initiated in January 2022, entailed a thorough analysis of the existing system, followed by recommendations for immediate actions. The CyberDuo team provided the client with top-tier security software and hardware suited to their needs. They are currently working on four other projects aimed at continually improving the client's cybersecurity defenses. Additionally, CyberDuo offers the client ongoing maintenance support and software consultation, suggesting software like Azure and Liquid Web.

CyberDuo was hired by a game development company for IT support and security services. The company, which found CyberDuo through an online search and through the Clutch site, chose them due to their high ratings, proximity, affordable pricing, and cultural fit. The ongoing corporate IT support provided by CyberDuo includes helpdesk services, desktop maintenance, endpoint protection, Google Workspace administration and backup, and general security assessment. The scope of work is handled by a team of 2-5 CyberDuo employees.

A law firm engaged CyberDuo to ensure the confidentiality of their clients' information and the safety of their emails and documents. The project, which started in November 2022, involved CyberDuo creating a cybersecurity infrastructure for the firm. The team also took charge of the firm's software and hardware needs, providing both on and offsite services. Additionally, CyberDuo provides maintenance services to ensure the client's systems are functioning optimally. The partnership came about because the law firm and CyberDuo were located in the same building, making the latter an easily accessible choice.
