Highlights from Recent Projects
Cyber-Duck was contracted by James Hay Partnership, a retirement wealth management firm, to update their website. The goal was to enhance the online experience for customers by making the site easier to navigate and adding necessary functionalities. The project focused on the logged-in section of the site where customers can choose and track their policies. Cyber-Duck's team, which included a project manager, a UX staffer, and developers, redesigned this section and built wireframes for specific customer journeys. The initial engagement ran from June to October 2018, and further collaboration has been agreed upon.
In another project, Cyber-Duck partnered with Ximbio, the commercial arm of UK-based charity Cancer Research UK, to build a website and consult on the brand for their reagents business. Cyber-Duck designed and developed the website, which functions similarly to an e-commerce site, and provided advice on branding and user journeys. Users can register on the website, establish profiles, upload new products and data, and send inquiries. The partnership, which began in 2014, is ongoing and has involved an investment of over £200,000.
Cyber-Duck also provided digital marketing services for a biopharma company focused on oncology-related products. Their tasks included managing and optimizing the company's website, tracking and reporting on digital programs, and managing the Google Ads account. They collaborated with the company's creative advertising agency on developing site content and made recommendations for compliance and optimization. The company has been working with Cyber-Duck for several years, with the partnership still ongoing.
