Cyber Command

Cyber Command provided managed IT services for a Budget Blinds franchise in central Florida. The franchise, which has approximately 11 computer users, required external assistance for computer-related issues. Cyber Command was available to assist promptly, offering remote support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and get the team back on track. The company also supported the franchise when it transitioned to a new corporate system for ordering and communication. The franchise owner communicated directly with Reade Taylor, the founder of Cyber Command. The partnership, which began in April 2015, costs the franchise around $4,800 monthly and is still ongoing.

Cyber Command was hired by the BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation to provide internet connectivity for a fundraising event. The foundation, which serves children with cancer and other life-threatening hematological illnesses, needed reliable internet access in their ballroom space for attendees to participate in an auction and other online fundraising activities. Cyber Command was chosen due to their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, value for cost, company values, and a referral. The project, which involved 2-5 Cyber Command employees, was successfully completed, enabling the foundation to carry out its fundraising activities seamlessly.
