CXG was selected for their specialization in BPO and their professionalism, which stood out during the selection process amongst several BPOs in different countries. The initial task involved CXG establishing multiple teams to support different managed and shared service requests, from training AI engines for automated invoice processing and classifying unclassified spend data, to building data models for processing customer spend data. The teams also enabled WebShop connections, purchase order sending, and invoice receiving via the interfaces to the client's BSM solution. A team of about 30 members from CXG worked on these projects, which included roles such as AI Trainer Invoice Smash, AIC Consultant, AIC Data Analytics Consultant, and Supplier Services Consultant. The client expressed high satisfaction with the services rendered by CXG and is planning to add a new team to assist customers with supply chain simulation solutions.
