CxCrux was hired by Typelit.com, an advertising consultancy firm specializing in video-related branded storytelling, to enhance their brand strategy. The main objective was to identify key KPIs for social media content marketing, particularly for video content, and to promote their video services to B2B clients through PPC campaigns on social media platforms. CxCrux was chosen due to their international standards, quality of work, and affordability. The team at CxCrux provided a series of sessions to finalize the client's user persona and unique selling proposition, and assisted with identity design. They also provided comprehensive documentation of the brand strategies for both short and long-term goals. The client worked directly with the Digital Strategist and COO of CxCrux, who provided a boutique experience for the project.
