CX100 Inc was recruited by Zceppa, a software company, to build a website that encapsulates their brand and offerings. The vendor was chosen based on their proven methodology and quality, stemming from a prior relationship. The project was initiated with discovery sessions, followed by an assessment of competitor sites and the client’s existing website. Wireframes were then prepared using Figma, and the UI elements were designed based on the chosen color schemes/themes. Three resources from CX100 Inc were assigned to this project.
The company was also contracted by a real estate platform for UX/UI design services. The goal was to create an excellent design for the client's application. CX100 Inc was selected based on a referral from a friend. They worked on the complete UI/UX design for the application, with two project managers assigned to oversee the project.
In addition, CX100 Inc was commissioned by Precept Labs, a tech startup, for platform design and development. As a tech company, Precept Labs lacked in-house design expertise, hence the need for CX100 Inc's services. The mobile platform created was designed to be user-friendly, enabling all functionalities to be performed within a few clicks. The design also considered users with no English-speaking skills by providing localized content and communication for the Indian market. The project team from CX100 Inc included a project manager and three UX designers. This engagement, which began in April 2019, is ongoing with plans for additional work on the app's design.
