Highlights from Recent Projects
Cutler was engaged by a Beauty & Cosmetics firm to design and manage the development of their flagship store. The company owner selected Cutler for their impressive past projects, design and management team, and cost estimate. Cutler's team, led by a project manager and supported by an architectural design team, successfully incorporated the client's specific design criteria into the final design plans. They also managed the construction and installation of the store, delivering an ambiance that met the client's vision.
For Goodlad Clothing, Cutler was brought on board to create a unique retail space that combined a cafe, a barbershop, and a retail clothing store. The project, which ran from March to July 2018, saw Cutler working closely with the client to understand their vision for the space. They provided various options for color schemes, lighting, and floor coverings, eventually delivering a cohesive design and color palette. Cutler also assisted in securing the necessary permits to run the business, ensuring the store passed several inspections before its opening in August 2018.
KEY Marketing, a real estate company, engaged Cutler to redesign the common areas and top floor of a waterfront, heritage office building they had purchased. The goal was to make the interior as beautiful and impactful as the exterior, thereby uplifting the business brand. Cutler was chosen for their reputation and track record. Led by a senior designer, Cutler sourced and managed the General Contractor, approved all the Purchase Orders, managed the budget, and procured all the fixtures and furnishings. The project, valued at a million dollars, was completed successfully, enhancing the business brand as intended.
