CustomBytes

CustomBytes developed a comprehensive software solution for an event staffing company specializing in the concert entertainment industry. Faced with the challenge of effectively scheduling, billing, and paying workers, the company turned to CustomBytes in 2008 to create a system to manage these aspects. The system, which heavily incorporated SQL Server, allowed for tracking where and when staff were scheduled to work, processed billing, and kept accurate records for payroll. The company worked mainly with Andy, the President of CustomBytes, in an engagement that has spanned over a decade and seen an investment of over $100,000.

In a separate project, CustomBytes was engaged by a matchmaking company to develop a custom online database. The business, which initially managed its operations via Excel, sought the assistance of CustomBytes in 2004 to transition to a more efficient, online system. The company, working directly with CustomBytes' founder, Andy, invested close to $200,000 in the project, which involved the creation of two databases for two different companies. The databases, which tracked customer experience, history, attendance, and other private logistics, were later merged and technologically updated. This ongoing relationship has spanned over 17 years and has seen the creation of fully custom-built systems.
