Custom D

Custom D successfully completed a custom software development project for a clothing printing and fulfillment company. The company sought to improve its technology updates, IT customization, and automation. Custom D was instrumental in automating processes and generating detailed reports for the company. The team worked on AWS, assisting in order acceptance and APIs. They collaborated with external parties, ensuring their automation requests were met and information was accurately relayed. The partnership commenced in September 2021 and continues to date, with Custom D constantly updating the company's systems and enhancing their level of customization and automation.

For the remittance provider, IMEX Pacific Money, Custom D developed a website from scratch and integrated it with the existing back-office system. The website, which facilitates money transfers from New Zealand to Tonga and Samoa, also features a chat function for customer support in native languages. Custom D was also responsible for the site's visual design, in collaboration with a graphic design company. The successful delivery of this project has led to a second assignment with IMEX Pacific Money, an upgrade of their money transfer system. The engagement began in July 2021 and is ongoing.

In a project with Provident Insurance Limited, Custom D was tasked with developing the frontend interface of a custom website interface. The goal was to allow dealerships and brokers to log in and connect to APIs. Custom D expanded the project's scope to add more functionalities, coding in PHP with the Laravel framework and providing infrastructure support for AWS. The team also plans to develop a pipeline for a customer portal. The engagement, which started in March 2023, continues, with Custom D providing development engineers, project managers, and QA specialists.
